Existing Orders
When contacting us about an existing order, include:
- Your FastParts.io order number
- The email address used during checkout
- The product name and part number
- A clear description of the question or problem
- Photographs when reporting damage, defects, incorrect products, or packaging problems
Product and Fitment Questions
For product-identification or fitment assistance, include as much of the following information as possible:
- The complete part number being replaced
- Vehicle or equipment manufacturer
- Model and model year
- Engine information
- VIN or serial number when applicable
- Photographs of the existing part and identification labels
Part numbers may be changed, replaced, or superseded by the manufacturer. Written fitment confirmation is based on the information provided by the customer.
Returns and Warranty Requests
All returns and warranty claims require prior authorization. Do not ship a product back until FastParts.io provides return instructions.
