These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of FastParts.io. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Availability
Products are sold as new unless the product description states otherwise. Product availability, supplier inventory, pricing, handling time, and delivery estimates may change without notice.
Some products are fulfilled by participating suppliers or marketplace vendors. FastParts.io may provide necessary order and shipping information to the supplier responsible for fulfilling an order.
Product Information and Fitment
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their vehicle, equipment, model, serial number, VIN, engine, or application before ordering.
Product names, photographs, specifications, cross-references, applications, and descriptions are provided for identification and general reference. Manufacturer part numbers and specifications may change or be superseded.
Contact support@fastparts.io before ordering if written fitment assistance is required. Fitment is guaranteed only when FastParts.io provides a specific written fitment confirmation for the information supplied by the customer.
Pricing and Errors
FastParts.io attempts to provide accurate pricing and product information. However, typographical, supplier, catalog, technical, and pricing errors may occur.
FastParts.io may correct an error, contact the customer for approval of a corrected price, or cancel and refund an affected order before fulfillment. An obviously incorrect price does not require FastParts.io or a supplier to provide the product at that price.
Price Matching
FastParts.io may match or beat an advertised competitor price at its discretion. The competing product must have the same manufacturer, part number, condition, warranty, availability, and return terms. Shipping, handling, taxes, and other charges are considered when comparing prices.
Price matching does not apply to marketplace sellers, auctions, membership pricing, liquidation, clearance, used or damaged products, coupons, rebates, pricing errors, bundled promotions, or tax-exempt and wholesale pricing.
Payment
Available payment methods may include major payment cards, Stripe, PayPal, or other methods displayed at checkout. Payment authorization does not guarantee product availability or order acceptance.
FastParts.io may request additional information, delay fulfillment, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to verify payment, prevent fraud, correct an error, or comply with applicable requirements.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. FastParts.io may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment.
Customer cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order has been processed, submitted to a supplier, assigned for fulfillment, specially ordered, or shipped.
Shipping
FastParts.io currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimates are displayed during checkout when available. Expedited service affects carrier transit time but does not necessarily reduce product handling or supplier-processing time.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, supplier availability, address problems, fraud review, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Report missing products or components within 48 hours after delivery. Report a shipment marked delivered but not received within 72 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
Shipping Damage
Inspect packages and freight shipments promptly. Keep the product, shipping carton, labels, packing materials, and photographs while a damage claim is being reviewed.
Visible freight damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. When appropriate, visibly damaged freight should be refused. Contact support@fastparts.io promptly for assistance.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns within 30 days are subject to the requirements and exclusions in our Refund and Returns Policy. Ordinary returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
FastParts.io is responsible for reasonable return costs and does not charge a restocking fee when FastParts.io or the fulfilling supplier sent an incorrect, defective, or materially misrepresented product.
Returns after 30 days require prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%.
Nonreturnable Products
Electrical products, installed or used products, custom products, special-order products identified as nonreturnable, discounted or final-sale products, modified products, damaged products, and other exclusions listed in the Refund and Returns Policy are not eligible for ordinary returns.
Warranty
Unless a product page states otherwise, FastParts.io provides a six-month limited warranty on products it sells. A manufacturer warranty may apply instead of or in addition to the FastParts.io warranty.
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in the product and does not cover incorrect application, improper installation, misuse, neglect, contamination, modification, accident, normal wear, commercial labor, towing, downtime, lost profits, rental expenses, or consequential costs.
Fuel-system claims may require inspection and proof that required related components, including applicable fuel lines and filters, were replaced according to manufacturer procedures.
All warranty claims require prior authorization. Contact support@fastparts.io with the order number, part number, description of the problem, and supporting photographs or documentation.
Core Returns
Eligible cores must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for core-return shipping. The returned core must match the purchased product and must be complete and rebuildable.
Core credit may be denied or reduced for an incorrect, incomplete, disassembled, cracked, burned, severely damaged, or non-rebuildable core. Approved core credits are generally processed within two weeks after inspection.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law. Tax-exempt customers may be required to provide valid exemption or resale documentation before an exemption can be applied.
Accounts and Website Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected content without authorization, introduce malicious code, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The FastParts.io name, website design, original text, graphics, catalog organization, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, trademarks, part numbers, and product images belong to their respective owners.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the FastParts.io Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastParts.io is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website use, product use, installation, delivery delay, vehicle downtime, lost revenue, or lost profits.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
FastParts.io may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
