Sell Your Parts Through FastParts.io
FastParts.io works with qualified parts suppliers and dealerships that want to reach more customers without building and managing a separate ecommerce website.
Participating vendors provide eligible inventory and fulfillment information. FastParts.io publishes approved products, processes customer orders, and sends the vendor the information required to fulfill each order.

Commission
FastParts.io deducts a 15% commission from each completed vendor sale. Additional deductions may apply when an order results in a refund, chargeback, shipping correction, customer claim, or other vendor responsibility described in the vendor agreement.
Eligible Inventory
Vendors may submit only products that are currently stocked and available for prompt shipment. Products that are backordered, unavailable, discontinued, or not physically available to the vendor must not be submitted as stocked inventory.
Eligible products may include:
- Commercial-truck and heavy-duty vehicle parts
- OEM and aftermarket replacement parts
- Industrial and compressed-air products
- Filters and preventive-maintenance products
- Tools, equipment, and related accessories
FastParts.io may approve, reject, edit, temporarily hide, or remove a product listing based on catalog quality, duplication, availability, pricing, customer experience, or marketplace requirements.
No Duplicate Listings
Duplicate product listings are not permitted. When a product or part number is already listed, FastParts.io may connect approved vendor inventory to the existing listing instead of creating another product page.
FastParts.io determines how duplicate part numbers, manufacturers, cross-references, descriptions, images, and offers are consolidated and presented to customers.
Inventory Accuracy
Vendors are responsible for keeping inventory, pricing, product condition, shipping information, and availability accurate. Vendors must promptly notify FastParts.io when a product is sold, unavailable, backordered, discontinued, or otherwise cannot be shipped.
A vendor must not accept an order for a product it cannot provide as represented.
Order Fulfillment
Vendors are expected to ship eligible orders received before 1:00 PM Central Time on the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM Central Time should ship no later than the next business day unless FastParts.io provides different written instructions.
Vendors must:
- Ship the correct product and quantity.
- Use suitable packaging for the product and shipping method.
- Provide valid tracking information promptly.
- Follow any packing-slip or blind-shipping instructions supplied by FastParts.io.
- Not include unauthorized advertising, pricing, invoices, or competing sales materials in the shipment.
- Notify FastParts.io immediately when an order cannot ship as required.
Returns, Claims, and Chargebacks
Vendors are responsible for costs resulting from vendor error, including incorrect products, inaccurate descriptions, undisclosed product condition, missing items, inadequate packaging, defective products, late fulfillment, invalid tracking, and unauthorized substitutions.
Vendor responsibility may include product cost, shipping, return shipping, replacement shipping, refunds, carrier claims, payment disputes, and chargebacks attributable to the vendor or its fulfillment.
FastParts.io may deduct or recover these amounts from current or future vendor payments where permitted by the vendor agreement.
Product Information
Vendor inventory submissions should include, when available:
- Manufacturer part number
- Product title and description
- Manufacturer or brand
- Product condition
- Available quantity
- Vendor cost or approved selling price
- Product weight and dimensions
- Shipping restrictions
- Clear product images
- Application, cross-reference, or fitment information
Vendors must have the right to provide all submitted product data and images.
Application and Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the FastParts.io vendor program. We may request additional business, tax, payment, inventory, or fulfillment information before approving an applicant.
Approved vendors may be required to sign a separate vendor agreement before listings are activated or payments are issued. The signed vendor agreement controls if it conflicts with this general program overview.
